Anstaett Forge was started by a father and son duo, Kurt Anstaett and Jacob Anstaett, in Plano, Texas. At 16 years old, Anstaett Forge grew from a passion for loving knives to the art form of crafting the perfect knife. We take great pride in forging the ideal blade and selecting the accompanying handle material to create a work of art that is also a functional and durable tool for hunting, fishing, and camping that will last for generations.
